Battle Log #6 – Month Two by the Numbers
Our hero has now been flying on the wings of entrepreneurship for a full two months—time to lay the numbers on the table once again.
The speedometer is pointing in a very promising direction.
Now that our hero has pulled the sales pants over the flight suit, meetings are happening and the pipeline is growing at a solid pace. No fully closed deals landed in month two, but in B2B, things take time—so it’s all about “Trust the process,” “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take,” and the rest of the greatest hits from the corporate cliché collection.
Running costs increased by about €100 with the addition of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. No other major changes on that front.
No salary or pension (YEL) payments yet, and no prepayments of tax either. Those will be sorted next month as revenue projections for the year start to take shape. YEL will likely kick in around May. More on that in the coming months.
