FIRST PAY DAY – €2,500!

And they say solopreneurs are poor. Bring me the Range Rovers and Patek Philippes. Immediately.

Jokes aside, this is a pretty big symbolic milestone, even though the goal for the first year is actually to keep salary payments to a minimum. The plan for the rest of the year is to pay myself around €2,000–2,500/month and make do with that.

Technically, I did take some money out last month already, but that was just paying back the €3,000 loan I put into the company myself when I started it.

On top of that, around €2,000 has found its way into the company’s Nordnet investment account along the way.

So at this rate, V-Lance will probably be strolling around Slush any day now with an investor pass around its neck, casually referring to itself as a venture capitalist.
