Battle Log #10.2 – Mega Monday

“No point trying to close any deals after Midsummer.”

Despite the heat, the past few weeks have brought a little snow into the trenches. Once again, a couple of proposals made it all the way to the finish line, only to leave our hero holding silver.

Second place is still pretty good, of course. But as many job seekers know all too well right now: silver is the first medal you lose.

Monday, however, is always full of hope. And just like that, our hero locked and loaded a brand-new Fractional CMO client into the portfolio.

And this isn’t some two-week hit-and-run operation. This mission will run throughout the entire summer and beyond. 🎉

The best part? You can still take a vacation.

The work can be scheduled so that it fits both the client’s needs and our hero’s own summer plans. That’s the mercenary model at its best: command and fire support when they’re needed, without the whole operation falling apart just because your face gets a little sunshine too.
