Battle Log #3.5 – Weekly Update

Another week wrapped. So what went down?

𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐬:

✅ Excellent workshop with a client. Always great to see experts pause and go, “You know what… that angle actually hadn’t crossed our minds.”
✅ The Battle Log video production is starting to flow off the assembly line. The process improves week by week.
✅ Set up my own CRM (HubSpot Free). I’ll write a proper post about this later, but immediately things feel a notch more organized.
✅ Entrepreneurship is ridiculously addictive. Feels a bit like playing a video game where you unlock milestones and achievements. I’ll probably craft some glorious RPG metaphor about this later. But the day I write about what it taught me about B2B sales — feel free to wheel me straight to the landfill. Thanks.

𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

❌ Still procrastinating on starting REAL outbound sales. Fairly common, sure — but hey, that’s no excuse. That said, enough pieces are now in place that systematic sales kicks off on Monday. More details in next week’s video.
❌ The Battle Log video quality is still pretty rough, even though speaking to camera comes naturally. The mindset has been “better published than hidden in a drawer,” and every week gets a bit better — but filming gear, scripting, and editing (B-roll, etc.) all need upgrades.
❌ Overall, my internal processes are still slightly in the “not-quite-optimized” category — but steps are being taken in the right direction.

So yeah — going well, but let’s keep going.

Radar shut. Have a great weekend.
