Battle Log #1.5 – Three weeks of entrepreneurship under the belt — how’s it going today?

And an international go-to-market strategy on top of that, let’s f*cking go!
Feels insanely good to get things airborne this fast. My days are already filling up with something other than video games.
I mean, uh… meta work. Meta work.

“Nice, so the sales pipeline is working and cash flow is secured?”
Lol, what pipeline? Two clients, two one-off projects, zero visibility beyond that.
Still, the start has been very solid, can’t complain!
I also put together a top-notch company sales strategy last week, so obviously that guarantees the keys to happiness.

“Awesome! And you started executing it right away?”
Well of course not.
I learned in the corporate world that you’re supposed to create beautiful plans that never get executed.
But hey — it’ll be great once I finally have time to put on my sales pants!

Also got the first Battle Log #1 video out.
Shot on a webcam with full potato quality, and I definitely could’ve spent a few more hours at the editing desk — but it’s out there!
Video production isn’t exactly my core expertise, but you learn by doing, and it’s actually pretty fun.
I’m sure the master will relax into it more with future videos.

All in all, things are going nicely.
