Battle Log #6.5 – First Vacation as an Entrepreneur: Completed

“No way you can take a vacation just two months after starting a business.”

Well… this fool did exactly that—and went off the radar for a week to go skiing in Ruka with the family.
And it did wonders:

★ Snowboarding
★ Cross-country skiing
★ Great food
★ Even better company
★ One new client

Yes—classic entrepreneurship.
Work finds you, even on vacation.

On Tuesday, a proposal got accepted.
The client was in a hurry → kickoff workshop Thursday morning.
10:00 AM—back on the slopes.

So what did we learn, Zen Master Backman?

Entrepreneurship doesn’t have to be a 24/7 grind.
It’s the freedom to prioritize, to play the game on your own terms.
When things are in order—sales moving, trust established, and clients confident things get handled—you can close the laptop and tighten the bindings.

Today, though, the radar is back on.
Embrace the grind—and have a great start to the week.
